SCAD FASH members-only tour
Join us for an exclusive tour of the latest SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film exhibition, "Shoes: Pleasure and Pain," led by Rafael Gomes, SCAD director of fashion exhibitions.
The exhibition of more than 200 pair of shoes, organized by the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, is curated around five themes viewers can explore: "Transformation," "Status," "Seduction," "Creation" and "Obsession." Guests will also have the opportunity to interact with "Touching the Sole," a special tactile display that enables visually impaired visitors to engage with replicas of many of the shoes included in the showcase.
