'The September Issue'

Screening

Get a rare glimpse of the inner workings of Vogue magazine at the SCAD FASH Film Series screening of the 2009 documentary "The September Issue." Presented by Michael O'Brien, associate chair of photography at SCAD, the film follows iconic Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and creative director Grace Coddington as they prepare the publication's most important issue of the year.

The screening is presented in conjunction with "Unapologetic Lines,"  the first solo museum exhibition of fashion illustrator Marc-Antoine Coulon, whose work has appeared in Vogue and numerous other European and American magazines. On view at SCAD FASH Sept. 14, 2018, through Jan. 27, 2019, the exhibition features a sizable collection of Coulon's work, including captivating portraits of fashion icons and celebrities.

This screening is open to the public for the price of museum admission. For more information, email SCAD FASH operations manager Rachel Evans at [email protected].
