Film screening: Elevate the Galentine’s Day rom com at 'Shakespeare in Love'

Join SCAD FASH and SCADFILM for Galentine’s at the museum! Enjoy complimentary snacks as you ogle ensembles in John Madden’s Shakespeare in Love, a depiction of a fabled romance between the prolific poet, played by Joseph Fiennes, and his muse Viola (Gwyneth Paltrow) as he writes the genre-defining Romeo & Juliet. This visually stunning work of cinema features the ingenious costume designs of Sandy Powell. See why the film won seven Academy Awards including Best Costume Design as the looks present themselves on-screen and on display in Sandy Powell’s Dressing the Part: Costume Design for Film.
