Frame the feminine vantage point at Louise Dahl-Wolfe panel

Join SCAD FASH for a retrospective reconnaissance of 20th-century photographer Louise Dahl-Wolfe, a forebearer of the female gaze movement. Fueled by an academic background in art history and color theory, Dahl-Wolfe pursued photography with a perspective unseen in her time, earning recognition for her astutely saturated and culturally aware compositions. From her tenure at Harper’s Bazaar to an exhibition at The Museum of Modern Art, learn more about her work and its thematic connections to the SCAD FASH exhibition Ellen von Unwerth: This Side of Paradise.
