SCAD FASH film screening: 'Loon'

The SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film presents a screening of "Loon," created by SCAD associate chair of animation Matthew Maloney, as part of the film series "Sources of Eastern Inspiration in Contemporary Animation." Shot on location in Hong Kong, this stop-motion film features a peaceful monk puppet named Po.

Explore archetypes and storytelling techniques in animation with Maloney, hear from SCAD animation alumni and graduate students, and view their animations inspired by Chinese culture and aesthetics.
